JEFLO PUSH and PULL

Business entities adopt a combination of "Push & Pull sales techniques to keep the "Opportunity Pipeline" healthy and full.  I would like to encourage all the members to think of push  & pull within the context of the "give & take" principle we discussed in the first JEFLO meeting.
  • PUSH:  you have an offering that you would like to make through JEFLO to the marketplace
  • PULL:   you have a requirement from the marketplace (order, RFP, lead) that you want  JEFLO to look at
Use the following as example 


PUSH:  MV-QOA service offering

MV-QOA is my own Millennia-Vision Quick Overall Assessment (QOA) that I have developed and executed successfully several times throughout the region.  This service usually takes 1-3 months depending on such factors as:
  • Size of the organization
  • Level of Complexity of the internal business model and its processes
  • Diversity of the offerings portfolio
  • Other considerations !!
The MV-QOA service addresses the current situation at 10 different levels starting with the strategy level at the top, down to the work environment level at the bottom.  It uses different techniques and tools to explore the most significant elements of the assessment.

The deliverable of this service would be an "action plan" proposal that gives specificrecommended actions based on established observations and findings throughout the assessment.  These actions would be categorized and prioritized according to pre-agreed criteria developed jointly with the client.

The prioritization of these recommended actions would be based on value vs cost/effort/time considerations and would be presented along short, medium and long-term time horizon up to 3 years from the time of the assessment. 

Applicable fees:  50K - 150K US$
Compensation to lead generator:  15% 
Donation to JEFLO:    10%
